Picanto Club's Forum Rules & Regulations

We want to make our forum and public areas to be very helpful, educational, informative, entertaining and an enjoyable place to meet and converse with other members/users of myviclub.com website.

Messages posted to our forum, Q&A, help or public areas by members/users are solely the opinion and responsibility of the person posting the message. We are not responsible for messages left by the members/users. Instead, we merely provide access to such content as a service to you.

We may answer some of the discussion; however, not all member/user questions will be answered by our moderator.

We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness; accuracy or reliability of any communications posted in the forum/public areas or endorses any opinions expressed in the forum/public areas. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted in the Site will be at your own risk.

The following types of postings are cause for immediate post removal, warning, forum and/or Site suspension, termination of your registration and/or such other actions as we deem fit in our sole discretion.

This list is not exhaustive and may review from time to time basis. Therefore it is advisable to refer and read this topic as frequent as possible.

1. Use the Forum in connection with contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).

2. Insult, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of other Picanto Club's members.

3. Publish, post, upload, distribute or publicize any matter that do not relate to the topic of each discussion.

4. Post a Topic not related to a Forum Area, i.e. Post a Topic on Suspension in the Engine Forum.

5. Reply unrelated matters in a Topic, e.g. ask how many cars do you have when replying to a Topic on Best Tires in the Tires and Rims Forum.

6. Publish, post, upload, distribute or publicize any inappropriate, disrespectful, insulting, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

7. Publish, post, upload, distribute or publicize any topic, name, material or information that provokes discrimination, hate or violence towards one person or a group because of their belonging to a race, a religion or a nation, or that insults the victims of crimes against humanity by contesting the existence of those crimes.

8. Upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as limitation, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity); unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents to do the same.

9. Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the Forum in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.

10. Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another user's computer or property.

11. Download any file posted by another user of a forum that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

12. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

13. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Forum.

14. Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines that may be applicable for any particular Forums.

15. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, without their prior consent.

16. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

17. Create a false identity, for the purpose of misleading others.

PICANTO CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, TO ADD, DELETE, VARY OR REVOKE THE POSTING MADE IN THE FORUM.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE RULES STATED ABOVE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE FORUM.

IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE COMMITTED ANY OF THE REGULATIONS STATED ABOVE; PICANTO CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, TO SUSPEND YOU; EITHER ON A TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT BASIS; AND PICANTO CLUB AND/OR ITS PROTEM COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND/OR ITS MEMBERS SHALL BE INDEMNIFIED OF ALL KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR ACTIONS.
